1. Promotion Period

This promotional offer is valid from January 24, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. How to Claim

To activate this promotional offer, eligible participants must:

• Mention our 10-year anniversary in an email communication with our team, OR
• Reference our anniversary during a business call with our representatives, OR
• Express anniversary wishes to our company through official communication channels

3. Promotional Discounts

The following discounts are available under this promotion:

• 10% discount on Exclusive Talent Acquisition services
• 10% discount on Entity Management Services
• 10% reduction on PEO+ setup fees
• 10% off PEO+ onboarding fees
• 10% discount on EOR onboarding fees
• 10% reduction on EOR standard monthly fees 

All discounts on monthly fees (EOR and Entity Management) will be applied for a duration of 12 months from the service start date.

4. Discount Limitations

• Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, existing discounts, or special pricing arrangements
• Clients may claim only one discount per service category (e.g., either EOR onboarding OR monthly fee discount, not both)
• The 10% discount applies to standard list pricing only
• Custom quotes and pre-negotiated pricing arrangements are excluded from this promotion

5. Implementation

• Discounts will be applied to the first invoice following successful service activation
• For monthly services, the promotional rate will be clearly indicated on each applicable invoice
• All discounts are applied to base rates before taxes and additional fees
• Services must be activated within 60 days of discount claim

6. General Conditions

• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice
• All standard service agreements and terms of business continue to apply
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions

7. Validity

These terms and conditions are effective from January 24, 2025 and govern all promotional claims made during the Promotion Period.
